Teenagers from the CEVA Educational Performing Arts Centre brought a lot of energy to the People of Justice '23 stage.

With a play full of symbols and messages about the education system and its effects, along with a musical cover at the end, the high school students in the troupe conquered the hall! "Tomorrow doesn't scare us (so much)" - excerpts "Confrontation" and "Planet Perfektus"

We talk every day. We interact with people close to us, with strangers. But how often do we have conversations? Catalina Nichita explained to us on the People of Justice '23 stage the fine distinction between talk and conversation and gave us a red thread to follow so that we can have conversations with each other that are purposeful and meaningful. Healthy.

Loredana Bertisan-Pop spoke at People of Justice '23 about how we can change the country at a pace and how the world becomes a better place when sometimes people don't stay where they think they belong, but where they are needed. With a story about reinvention, ignoring the labels put on us by others, and the power of "together," Loredana left us with a thought: "if we put our hearts in the right place, each in our own Suceava, we have a chance to prevail". Loredana runs ARTViitor in Suceava, teaches journalism in Suceava and is about to finish law in Iași.

Alec Bălălășescu took the stage of Justice People '23 to tell us how and from whom he learned justice. But his moment also included the lesson of kindness, of respite, of the emotions that we should allow ourselves to build an authentic and strong self. And he convinced us: we learn from the people we meet if we know how to listen to them!

Santa Claus can be any of us - that's what Alex conveyed. And we take him at his word! In a story that went from "I almost got charged with murder" to how a Christmas gift can totally change the way a child goes about their life, we learned from him that nothing is too much or too hard when you know someone in need is counting on you. And it wasn't all in theory! On stage Alex made an appeal, asking for the help of the people in the room so that this year the story of a peaceful Christmas for less fortunate families will continue.

In the 15 years that Leaders for Justice has built up, the trust between members has meant that each in turn has done the same with their new colleagues and the people around them. This has allowed us to build projects, initiatives and shows like People for Justice 2023, made with heart. In 2024, we dream of taking People of Justice to more cities across the country. Together, in the power of community and trusting each other.

"How many times do you have to fall down to taste good dirt?". Andreea Sandu spoke to us at People of Justice '23 about how success is not measured in how long we manage to achieve it, but rather in how much meaning we manage to put into our trials.

And the tunnel, well, the tunnel we may feel we are in today, turns into the light of tomorrow if we have the strength to believe in ourselves, beyond any obstacle.

On 8 December 2023, Dumitrita Rogojinaru opened the show People of Justice for the 500 spectators in the hall. In less than 4 minutes, the audience learns a personal story and why we chose to invest energy in a complex format about justice.

The storytelling show MEN OF JUSTICE 2023 was produced by the Leaders for Justice community, made up of alumni of the only professional training program for a future generation of justice professionals of integrity.

Ramona Nebunu took to the Justice People '23 stage with a story about how the insecurity we feel today can turn into the security and self-control of tomorrow. With memories from her college days, Ramona took us along a path that step by step built in each of us the confidence that the world doesn't end at the first bad moment in our lives.
