Legal support for NGOs
We provide legal support to NGOs, civil society groups, investigative journalists and vulnerable members of society. We believe that this is essential to safeguard the public interest and we want to ensure that these groups can work for changes in society without fear of undue legal repercussions. Our support is mostly informal and sometimes it leads to legal representation or formal involvement (depending on the situation and needs of those requesting the support). It is an effort to facilitate access to justice by providing guidance and advice aiming for common good.
If you need advice on issues concerning administrative law, labour law, migration law, protection in SLAPPs (Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation) or similar legal situations, fill in the contact form (or write us at lideripentrujustitie@gmail.com) and we will ask within our community if there is someone able to take over and get in touch with you. We cannot guarantee that we have available experts or that we can cover any kind of expertise.
