Generation 14 has begun their journey in the Leaders for Justice program!
From last Thursday until Sunday, we brought together in a training room 22 young lawyers motivated to discover their leadership potential and bring real change to their professional environment, the justice system and society.
During the four days of training we used practical tools to shape our own vision for the justice system and our shared set of values, as well as how we can use creativity in our professional lives.
Leaders for Justice 14 brings together 22 lawyers from Brasov, Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Deva, Iasi, Ploiesti, Suceava and Sibiu, aged between 24 and 35. During 2023, the group will go through 6 training sessions and start implementing joint projects and initiatives.
