From July 16-18, the Leaders for Justice community gathered for our Annual Meeting, a tradition we've had since 2011 and only interrupted by the pandemic last year.
We reconnected and integrated generations (#LfJ11 and #LfJ12) into the #LfJcommunity, including fun&sports activities.
We worked on current issues in (and between) the legal professions. We went to personal development workshops (mental health, how we become mentors, women's leadership, community entrepreneurship) and professional development workshops (train the trainers for facilitators, legal education, digital transformation, justice's communication with the citizen, how abusive relationships are handled by the justice system, etc.) held by members of the LfJ community.
In the co-creation session we built on new ideas and projects as well as initiatives in implementation.
We also looked to the future of the training program and our community, so we have many plans for the coming fall.
Thank you to everyone who came to Tusnad for one of the most beautiful and energetic annual meetings in our 12-year history.
The event was held under strict Covid-19 protocol (presentation of vaccination certificate/certificate or PCR/antigen test), to which we added Covid-19 rapid tests done on your own by participants.
