Community Leaders for Justice part of the fight against SARS-CoV2

Members of the Leaders for Justice community are part of an unprecedented joint effort to mobilise resources and expertise in the fight against SARS-CoV2.
1. ROSurse Platform | An idea born out of the chaos of the #COVID19 crisis, a dedicated team and many people around them to support them! Our colleagues Alexandra Oțoiu, Victor Fercea, Cristian Roma, with support from many "Leaders for Justice" members are launching the ROSurse platform tomorrow! ROSurse.ro facilitates collaboration between Suppliers, Manufacturers and Beneficiaries of medical equipment for protection and prevention to help institutions in the fight against COVID-19. 2. Template contracts and minutes between manufacturers, NGOs and hospitals, prepared by a team of lawyers from the Leaders for Justice community, support civil society and the private sector in their efforts to provide Romanian hospitals with the necessary medical and protective equipment. The documents can be downloaded from the ROSurse platform https://rosurse.ro/documente-utile/. The 5 variants currently available are a) Donor-NGO Sponsorship Agreement, b) Producer-NGO Sponsorship Agreement, c) Donor-NGO-SPITAL Handover Process, d) Donor-NGO-SPITAL Handover Process, e) Producer-NGO Handover Process.
3. Petition for Transparency | Lawyers from our community helped design the Petition for Transparency, signed by over 120 civil society organisations and civic groups. 4. Support group and legal advice | To support health professionals and provide them with information about their rights, lawyers from the Leaders for Justice community have joined the "Doctor's Phone" initiative (www.telmed.ro). The same group of lawyers provides legal information to families with children or adults with serious illnesses through the "Solidarity Line". 021 555 2286 - normal tariff number.
